We had a lovely stay for an event, and the hotel staff truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, especially with thoughtful gestures like birthday cake and late check-out. However, the check-in experience was quite frustrating, and the first room we received had cleanliness issues that needed to be addressed. The second room was a pleasant upgrade, facing the beautiful golf course. All in all, there were some highlights, but improvements are definitely needed in some areas.
